Tryptic Digest Standards for MALDI and LC/MS Calibration

SeQuant presents a comprehensive line of protein tryptic digest test mixtures intended as instrument calibration standards in HPLC, MALDI and LC/MS. The kits form a well-suited combination of standards for methods development and validation in proteomic applications.

Our standards are made from high purity proteins that have been reduced and alkylated prior to digestion with trypsin. The standards are packed in vials containing digest of 500 pmoles of protein. Each individual protein digest is characterized by HPLC and MALDI-TOF, and a chromatogram and a mass spectrum is enclosed.

We offer six-packs of individual protein digests or kits containing six different standards in the protein molecular weight ranges 12-40 kDa and 45-160 kDa, respectively.
